Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how CYBAVO Group (from now on “we”) collect your personal information, why and how we use it. This policy covers the use of your personal information from the usage of our official website, our product website and our Apps.

Who is your data controller?

The CYBAVO entity you contract with is your Data Controller. This means it is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法) and Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012. We use the information to schedule a demo, share information and communication related to the demo, provide the demo, send product and company updates, establish business connections.
Information collected when using our product website and Apps:
Contact Information (including but not limited to Name, Email address, address, nationality, date of birth, place of birth, passport number and etc.), user's wallet address and transaction history.
We use the contact information to display in the user interface and verify your identity when required. We keep your wallet address and transaction history to confirm the issue when transaction errors occur.

The information may also be used to:
  • Manage risks, or to detect, prevent, and/or remediate fraud or other potentially illegal or prohibited activities;
  • Detect, prevent or remediate violations of policies or applicable user agreements;
  • Provide you with customer support services;
  • Measure the performance of the CYBAVO Services and improve their content and layout;

Contact Information (including Name, Email address), professional profile (Company, Position and Industry) and the message content.
We use this information to contact you with the purpose of replying to your request and provide the most relevant information to you in our answers.
Information collected when subscribing to our newsletter:
Contact Information (including Name, Email address), professional profile (Company, Position and Industry).
If you explicitly agree to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use this data to provide personalised business information about new services and products as well as for industry trends research purposes.

When do we share personal data?

We may share your personal information with the following entities or parties:

  • Vendors, third-party service providers, agents and other organisations we have engaged to perform any of the functions in connection with any of the purposes listed above in this Privacy Policy;
  • Relevant government ministries, regulators, statutory boards or authorities or law enforcement agencies to comply with any laws, rules, guidelines and regulations or schemes imposed by any governmental authority;
  • Amongst CYBAVO Group and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related corporations (including their respective staff);

Where do we store and process personal data?

Your information may be transferred, stored and processed in other countries or international organisations, such as Google, to our own servers or the servers of our service providers. Data and privacy protection will be properly enforced by our company. We also check against our service providers according to our vendor due diligence procedure.

How do we secure personal data?

All collected data is electronically stored, and appropriate measures and procedures are applied in order to prevent unauthorised access, maintain the level of personal data protection, and use the data collected online in an appropriate manner.

Even though we take all appropriate measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised disclosure, we cannot guarantee that some of the collected data shall never be disclosed in a manner that is not in accordance with these Terms. Our liability shall be limited, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any damage caused to users or third parties relating to accidental disclosure of personal data.

How long do we keep your personal data?

The personal information provided on the contact form is kept only as long as is reasonably necessary for the business relationship. This may include the retention period after the cease of business relationship according to the applicable laws that CYBAVO Group is required to comply with or permitted. After that, the information will be removed or anonymized, and lawfully processed for anonymous, statistical usage.

You are entitled to certain rights regarding your personal information including the right to be informed, access, correct, reuse, object to process, or restrict its processing or delete your personal information. Use of automated decision-making and profiling

We do not make automated decision-making or profiling with the provided information.
