The CYBAVO entity you contract with is your Data Controller. This means it is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws.

When do we share personal data?

Data and privacy protection will be properly enforced by our company. We also check against our service providers according to our vendor due diligence procedure.

All collected data is electronically stored, and appropriate measures and procedures are applied in order to prevent unauthorised access, maintain the level of personal data protection, and use the data collected online in an appropriate manner.
